When I spent a few minutes thinking about this simple documentation framework (cited in this gloriously geeky article from Noah Brier) it had me nodding my head and thinking about the parts of my organization that are confusing to people and the parts that are not. Sometimes it does come down to documentation, which you either have a passion for or you don’t.
